The lady leading us is Jeannie Bilyeu, who brought the handbells from her church in the Cincinnati area that closed.  They gave the handbells to us as a gift. CLICK on “small” photos to view enlargements.

          We have two vocal choirs and a Handbell choir.

          The Sunrise Choir sings at the 8:30 service and is led by Paula Dix.  The Chancel Choir sings at the 10:45 service and is led by Dawn Short.  The Sunrise and Chancel Choirs rehearse together on the 1^st, 3^rd, and 5^th Wednesday’s of the month at 6:30.

          The Handbell choir plays during both worship services once a month.  They rehearse on the 1^st, 3^rd, and 5^th Mondays of the month from 5:30 – 7:00.  It is led by David Merrick.

          Chris Bilyeu is our organist and accompanies our vocal choirs on the piano.

          During the summer when the choirs are on break, there is special music for both services each Sunday.  During the summer of 2008 there were several solos, a saxophone trio, the barbershop chorus, and a trombone solo.
