On October 7, 2007, a retirement reception was held here at
First Christian Church Olathe for Roberta and Wilbur
Christenson. Several people talked about what having
Roberta and Wilbur at Tall Oaks Conference Center meant to
them. They were given gifts and honored for all the years
of work at Tall Oaks serving in the Management of Food and
Hospitality. Around 150 people came to the open house
celebration and had cookies and punch and enjoyed good
fellowship. |
